Gone there twice and one of the girls cut it incorrectly both times Went back to give them another chance and hope that they would have improved Parts are uneven had to cut some bits myself to fix it up It looks really choppy and she cut my light front fringe a bit short The shape does not look smooth and although I asked for light layers it looks like I have two different hair lengths in a bad way I asked for a U shape but it appears more as a Vshape Unfortunately not everyone knows how to cut thick straight Asian hair so if you have hair like this and are contemplating going ask the hairdresser if they are absolutely confident in what theyre doing with this kind of hair texture Its okay if they dont but transparency on their part would be appreciated so that customers can save their time and money I was charged on both occasions Wasnt worth it unfortunately

Came in for a wash and blowwave decided to get straight They said my hair was maintaining moisture and it would dry but how does dry hair maintain moisture Woke up and I can feel all this Product residue in my hair and its oily The blow dry was burning my scalp Ive never been to a hairdresser that has screwed up a wash and blow dry My hair is so oily and full of product
