I had a really bad experience here When I went to get my nails done the technician peeled my skin off leaving my fingers sore and uncomfortable It was very careless and painful and I definitely did not feel looked after Extremely disappointed with the service I wont be coming back and wouldnt recommend this place Later instead of accepting their mistake they said it happen

This was my second visit and unfortunately it was just as bad as the first During my previous visit I clearly told the lady not to use the blade on my heels but she still used it The scrub was poorly done nail cleaning was not proper and overall the pedicure was very disappointing I complained to the manager at that time I decided to give the salon another chance but this visit was even worse The staff rushed through the entire pedicure because there were too many customers The lady forgot to apply moisturizer and walked away to another client When I pointed it out she said she had already applied it which was clearly not true The manager was standing there and heard everything yet did not say or do anything For the service was absolutely rubbish Very unprofessional and careless I will not be coming back and do not recommend this place

Horrible experience Do not go here My wife attended and ended up listening to the technicians yelling at each other She was hurt twice during the process Then to top it off she ordered a cats eye design and the tech tried to use one magnet telling her this is the way its done The nail tech spoke over my wife telling her the design she selected was an outdated design tho apparently this was meant to be one of their premium designs It wasnt until another patron spoke up for my wife that the technician started doing the job correctly Even then it was left unfinished As Im sitting here my wife is telling me the technician was intimidating and bullying her Horrible experience
