I went to have permanent straight on Thursday I kept telling the hairdresser the history of my hair and she said my hair wont be damaged since she will just focus on my roots But i noticed when they start doing my hair they were so harsh and I began to worry the chemical was strong too and it stings my hair I always go for hair done all the time and I have experience how hairdressers handles my hair and the whole process I even said ouch but never apologised when ironed my hair I am so disappointed I wanted to see them the next day as i woke up with curls and it has been day two my hair is frizzy dry and damaged I paid in cash I should have listened to my gut feeling and did the nano plasty instead I would like to show them how bad their service is and how bad the result of their hair permanent process Pls dont just make money and Do not give hopes up and do your job properly Very very poor service bad at customer handling Disappointed and never will go back I am so depressed due to them damaging my hair Not even a refund or anything I have never experienced this way with other salon PS last three photos are after I washed my hair Very bad result brittle dry and damaged I would like to see them as they were closed due to public holiday Terrible service and staff

Actually really upset with my nails i usually have beautiful nails and have left good reviews until today Had my nails done And I told the lady so many times that my nails werent straight as you can see there obviously not I then got clipped a few times and drew blood and it was obvious I wasnt happy in the end I lied to her and told her I was happy to get out of there as soon as possible I was still charged had a terrible experience Wont be going back

One of the lovely Nail Salon in town And the Girls are super friendlygood Communication Always open to new Ideas thats what i most loved in the place Highly Recommended
