I booked a haircut by phone and was told it would be fine I specifically asked whether not washing my hair would affect the result and was told that it would Based on that advice I agreed to add a hair wash even though I just washed my hair this morning However at no point was I informed of the price for the wash or the final total cost before the service started Only after everything was done was I charged which was much higher than expected and not clearly explained upfront Another issue was that the stylist who started my haircut left halfway to serve another regular customer and I was reassigned to a different stylist without being asked This felt unprofessional I also showed a reference photo but the final result did not match the style requested particularly in terms of layering and faceframing Overall the main issue was the lack of price transparency and consistency in service I believe customers should be clearly informed of all costs before agreeing to additional services

Got a low fade today CLEAN QUICK FLOWLESS CHEAP Got TONS of compliments for my new haircut I wished I could gatekeeper it but they deserve the whole world This is my ref and this is what I got They also have student discount but not with zero fade style though

Got my hair done and I am very happy with the outcome Hang did her best to choose the right hair color for me Highly recommended Im surely will be back to this salon again for another hair touch up Thank you so much Superb City Cuts
