If there were an option to give zero stars I would choose that I visited this place recently and had a very disappointing experience The person working there had no sense of customer care at all He was busy watching a drama serial on his screen and even during the haircut his attention was on the show instead of on his work The prices are very high but the service is extremely poor Before him there was an older man who worked there he was very professional skilled and respectful toward customers Unfortunately this experience was completely the opposite Hygiene was the worst part When the internet connection went down he stopped the service and focused on fixing it just so he could continue watching his favorite drama There was no comfort or professionalism at all I will never go there again and do not recommend this place to anyone

Worker answered the phone and yelled what in a incredibly rude manner Was told a basic beard trim is Learn how to pick up a phone and treat customers if overcharging for services this much at a minimum

I called this barbershop to inquire about their prices and the person on the phone had a lot of attitude and came across as very dismissive For a place thats already overpriced I expected at least a polite and professional response Based on this experience I wouldnt recommend them
