Went for blonde highlights showed her a picture of what I wanted and she agreed it was possible hours later I had my entire hair completely ruined Stripped my hair of all its natural colour and ended up with bleached out dried out brittle hair Completely ruined it I had to beg for only part of my money backthey would not give me a full refund It will be at least months before my hair starts to look natural again Have been wearing hats as it looks so awful and has completely knocked my confidence This is unacceptable I cannot believe these people are actually running a hair salon as the hairdresser was clueless about highlighted hair Ive had some bad experiences before but this is on another level and they should have refunded me the total amount I am completely traumatised
I just wont go anywhere else The ladies are great professional and welcoming Would highly recommend
Ladies here are really lovely all really friendly and if you book it right you can get your nails done at the same time Perfect X
