So Ive been to many different hairdressers in the past each time its lifted perfectly to a nice blonde I went to Ellie Stewart at this hair salon after seeing on Instagram that her balayages looked good Had my hair done last Friday and really wasnt happy with it the bits where shes added bleach are all orange and not at all the clean blonde that she said i would get I explained to her that I felt it was orange and she told me to come back in today I went today and she basically told me what she did was fine and didnt need correcting The other hairdressers doing other peoples hair started getting involved giving their opinions which I think is very unprofessional as I wanted HER advice She said she could tone it but if she did it would just go back to the same colour I had beforei asked for a refund and was basically told that I have lied and gone home and put a copper colour on my hair just to get a refund She is very rude and unprofessional and I felt ganged up on this afternoon by all the hairdressers basically saying my opinion didnt matter absolutely disgusting and to be honest Im surprised anyone even goes to ellie because when I told her I wanted a refund she got very rude and made me out to be a liar down the drain and ruined hair Avoid this woman at all costs because if you dont like the botched job she does then she calls you a liar and cant admit her wrong doings

I got the weave fitted and it started to fall out a few days later Im very disappointed after spending a lot of money Also i got my hair dyed and the colour washed off after the first wash Very upset

I have had my hair done of Ellie Stewart numerous times and I wouldnt go to anyone else Ive never left disappointed I tell her what I want and she does it better than I would even imagine I had never bleached my hair before going to ellie but she made me feel so comfortable went through with me thoroughly what I wanted which was a fine highlighted balayage and she did it perfectly Couldnt recommended her enough amazing hair lovely girl worth every penny Emily xx
