Nail Parlour

Im not one for having my nails done But been here today and Im in love think this may be the start of me getting them done in future And will have them done here Nice and thin too so I can actually function with them thanx ladies and gentleman job very well done

Im genuinely shocked by the treatment I received at this salon From start to finish it was an awful experience One of the new ladies literally burped in my face while doing my manicure The pedicure was a disaster They focused entirely on the top of my foot scrubbing it until it was sore Honestly the technician had no idea what she was doing It was the worst pedicure Ive ever had Th water was freezing my hard skin wasnt removed and she barely touched the soles of my feet The tools were dirty and not cleaned between use For my manicure I asked for almondshaped nails and without asking she cut and squared my nails so short that I lost all the length I had been growing out This wasnt discussed with me or the other lady who was doing my other hand The other lady was disappointed in the Indian ladies job and was clearly trying to correct mistakes but she was completely overpowered by the Indian staff members There are clearly untrained staff working there which explains a lot of the issues The Chinese ladies seemed skilled and polite but were undermined throughout I called on Monday to raise my concerns and was hung up on by one of the Indian women To make matters worse I spent and three hours there only to be pressured into payment despite the appalling service This was hands down the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon I hate writing this but I dont want anyone else to go through what I did Save your money and go somewhere else
