Communication and service were awful but the actual hair cut was pretty good My autistic daughter and I booked an appointment to have our hair done together at the same time as a bit of a treat I told the lady this when booking I booked a week in advance and I even scheduled it to be finishing up around the same time as lunch so we could have lunch in the mall after On the day the salon was running behind schedule and due to covid restrictions of having a limit on the amount of people allowed in the salon we were refused entry They called us when it was our turn which was an hour past our appointment time and then the lady wanted to do us one at a time not at the same time like we wanted My daughter went first I was waiting the better part of hours and not once was I offered a drink or a magazine or even apologised to for the long wait I did not wait to stay for my turn

Both myself and my daughter had our hair cut here Both simple straight cuts or so I thought Both cuts very so uneven and the ends of our hair were very corse We had to go and get the cuts fixed at another salon as I would not trust them to fix it

Coming from sydney and going to a rural hair salon was so refreshing And Great conversation I was after wash blow dry and treatment i was givin an option of what treatment and i went with olaplex for the first time was highly impressed with the treatment the massage chair that was so comfortable And a head massage to top it off ghd straightening couldnt ask for much more Thank you kabuki team
