Im surprised with the negative reviews on this place Ive been going there a while and yes Ive had cuts it happens Must be a miscommunication in the rushed aspect They speak a different language and have mannerisms youre probably not used to Theyre all lovely especially when you get to knowrl them Only complaint is I wish the pedicure massage was firmer Otherwise Ive never had a major issue with them and I find their time management really good

The gentleman working was extremely rude for no apparent reason The nail salon was empty and I asked to get a broken nail fixed Im a very friendly person and work in a frontofhouse role myself so his attitude was absolutely appalling and not welcoming at all The conversation was short which is completely fine however it was the tone of his voice and the way he addressed me that stood out There were no manners no greeting and no sense of welcome just a blunt sit down here with no smile or basic courtesy We all can have bad days but it is never the customers fault He also had trouble speaking clearly and became upset when he had to repeat himself and each time he did he grew more annoyed with me I calmly advised him that his behaviour was rude and that his attitude needs a lot of work which I said with a smile on my face Kindness is free and I refuse to respond to negativity Unfortunately based on this experience Ill be leaving this feedback and wont be returning

Will never ever ever ever go back they were so rude they were pulling and pushing me and my friends legs it felt like we were in a tug of war The shaping of our nails were uneven not even talking about hurting us So unprofessional but quick to charge you an arm and a leg The price doesnt match the quality
