Went in for a hot towel shaved I asked upon entering if they took card payments I was happy to go back to get the in cash however they asked for bank transfer I was happy to do bank transfer and showed the transaction reference however the person physically took my phone and began scrolling though my phone saying I hadn infot transferred even though I displayed the transaction
Either get a POS terminal or don infot ask for bank transfer if you can infot accept the payment has been sent
