I am so obsessed with this nail salon I will never go anywhere else I started going here at the beginning of the year after never being a nail girly But this place has truly changed my perspective of getting nails Their service is top tier their staff are all extremely kind considerate and caring They always take you into consideration and educate you on the nailsservices that you are interested in and that they provide The salon is clean the general vibe is comforting and kind an I honestly just could not recommend them enough I have never gotten so many compliments on my nails before This place has never failed me I have never left disappointed with my nails or their service I believe that for the work they do their prices are fair Parking is also great at their location

Visiting from Melbourne and needed to get SNS refill The final result was OK but three days later and four of my nails have cracked or chipped Seems to be the layers are too thin I made an appointment but somehow had four different technicians working on me over the visit They also took minutes to remove my old SNS which in my experience is the same time my regular salon takes to do a removal and new set

Brilliant Elena is the best I get the builder gel nails and I love the chrome polish Elena takes extra care Ive been coming to Vivid for quite a few years I moved to a different area recently and tried another more close by salon It was terrible so I am back to Vivid not keen to go anywhere else
