The ManagerOwner is an extremely rude woman with zero customer service skills She practically ignored customers coming in and asking prices waiting time I had SNS done here as I couldnt book with my usual salon who do my nails perfectly I am going on holiday tomorrow and my nails look so thick uneven and untidy on the edges She redid nails and they still look awful Id been there over hrs and had shellac on my feet too That was messy and over the edges of my cuticles She told me this would wash of but it hasnt One nail on my hand hadnt dried properly and is completely ruined and feels like cement on my nail If I had time Id have gone elsewhere and had them done properly I cant wait to get them redone Biggest waste of Dont go
