Very bad customer service youre often left waiting for a while until someone comes to u I wanted to dye my hair but they refused because I told them I had henna In my hair YEARS AGO
I was never told anything over the phone when I made the appointment they then said theyll take a strand test and get back its been wks now and no phone call was made to me I tried to ring and no answer Ive been to the salon times being a regular customer at this stage youd think they would have the decency to atleast call anyway wont be going to them again I definitely wouldnt recommend
