My mum and I visited this salon while in town for a family wedding Being from out of state VictoriaMelbourne we booked our appointments a month in advance to ensure everything would run smoothly Unfortunately the experience fell short of expectations Upon arrival we were seated promptly which was a good start My mums manicure began right away but I ended up waiting minutes before anyone attended to me for my French tip acrylics During that time I chose a warm pinkpeach base from the colour book but that wasnt the colour that was ultimately used When the nail technician finally began I explained I wanted almondshaped French tips with thin white tips and the colour Id selected Credit where its due the tech clearly knew sizing well and applied the tips without needing to measure each one However the shaping was poor what I received were uneven lopsided almonds with one side of each nail rounded and the other oddly straight Three nails are visibly diagonal and two others are slightly off though I understand those fingers naturally curve which can be tricky Additionally three nails have noticeable lumps of acrylic underneath where excess product wasnt cleaned off After applying two coats of a colour I didnt request the technician told me I was finished with no French tips added At that point I didnt have the energy to correct her and just paid and left Meanwhile my mum who only had a basic manicure and polish finished her treatment just minutes after I started mine She was then left sitting for more minutes with a fan on her hands waiting for her polish to dry Her technician told her to wait by the fan and then never returned Overall this was not the experience were used to at home in Melbourne It felt rushed inattentive and careless which is especially disappointing considering the occasion we were getting ready for

Walked in at past for an acrylic infill and French tip and was seated immediately The gentleman that did my nails koi fish tattoo sleeve and diamond earring was amazing Ive been seated with him before and his service is always immaculate and his work is clean and thorough Again I want to compliment the Nail Hub team for attracting such amazing clientele because similarly to last time I was seated next to two amazing and kind women who hyped me up over my nails Such a great environment

No care to customer service After waiting I asked respectfully for the eta and the worker answers rudely and abruptly leaving me feel awful Like seriously kindness costs nothing Than after my manicure and it came to painting there was no care or consideration The job was sloppy and poor Finally when it came to payment they only accept direct deposits to their account or cash Talk about dodgy
