ZERO HYGIENE She uses the same comb and brush between clients with no sanitation in between I came in with dry hair and when she combed it the oil from the comb went to my hair which she then blamed on my hair being dirty when we started She doesnt even wear gloves between clients God forbid someone has an infection shes not only putting her clients health in danger shes also causing herself harm as hair with bacteria can enter her body through a cut on her fingers with she uses scissors Which is more likely because theres nothing protecting her skin I had grown my hair out over years and went in with clear instructions regarding the styling I even had pictures from multiple different angles regarding how it should be done She barely looked at the photos and shortened my hair TWO FOLD to what it should have been I walked in with hair down to my hips showed her a photo and clarified to her to cut it to just about my waist but she doubled that and now my hair is to the bottom of the shoulder blades I told her while she was cutting saying it didnt look right but she insisted she knew what she was doing so I trusted the process Big mistake Theyre very kind people but her arrogance and ego blinded her from admitting she was doing something wrong I told her all my concerns so I didnt have to publicly write this review regarding the comb but she put the blame on me saying my hair is dirty Told her she cut my hair wrong no she insists its right EVEN THOUGH THE PICTURES SAY OTHERWISE And even if the pictures were vague i told her to cut to the waist and showed her how long Disgusting never again

Lovely friendly and good value barber

Do not go here if you are a girl the staff were very kind but did not know what they were doing and really have messed up my hair I had to leave and go straight to another barber my fringe was not straight and it isnt an even cut on both sides The hairdresser did the complete opposite of what I asked for and I left very upset
