I never leave reviews but I genuinely had such a bad experience here
The staff were so rude to me and they were incredibly rough with my nails It was to the point I was wincing in pain I didnt say anything as I was already uncomfortable as it was I then walked into the back to wash my hands and there was someone in the back room that had made me even more uncomfortable by staring at me from around the corner Genuinely just a bad experience Do not go here
First time today with my daughter This is the first time a nail tech has ever bothered to ask me why I have acrylics and would I consider another option for next time Made recommendations to have them all soaked off occasionally and redone I really appreciated the advice It was lively to have the deluxe pedicure as well so relaxing I will be back xx
