Extremely disappointing experience I waited despite having an appointment and then spent two hours in the salon for a basic solid colour acrylics Despite the excessive time the quality was still poor and not up to a professional standard Communication throughout the service came across as rude the technician barely spoke and would simply point when she wanted my hand moved When I raised my concerns afterward I was refused a refund and told to come back for a fix Two hours wasted for an unacceptable result Given the positive reviews I expected far better service and quality I would not recommend this salon
