booked a dry cut for my two daughters at but when it came time to pay I was told the price was because their haircuts were considered restyles This was never mentioned before the haircuts started if it had been explained in advance I could have made an informed choice Its not about the extra money its about clear communication and honesty The hairdresser also seemed annoyed when my daughter asked for her hair to be cut a bit shorter from the front which made us feel uncomfortable Later she said her attitude was because she had more clients waiting but thats not true there was no one waiting at that time The haircuts were fine but better communication and a respectful attitude would make the experience much more pleasant for customers

Horrible experience My months old had a hair cut and the lady did a crap job My baby was panicking and she didnt give her a break or tried to calm her down I had to stop her for few seconds to calm my baby She doesnt know how to cut hair now I have to fix it from the front as its not straight Plus she used the trimmer and scratched my babys neck Absolutely Horrible experience and never going back again Not professional at all

Very disappointing experience and was shocked by overall experience We arrived at our appointment time and the hair stylist was busy with another customer she just ignored us and when we greeted first then she responded with good morning We are made to wait for a little over mins where she did not inform us that it will take time We are not expecting an apology but at least inform the customer it will take few mins etc where she can clearly see that my year old was getting restless we stepped outside as we did not want to disturb other customer We asked her opinion on a haircut but she just said it will be too short thats it Anyways that is fine she did not even talk to my year old boy once and therefore he was very unsettled as a stranger was cutting his hair It was his first hair cut and instead of being memorable it was the worst experience
