First time visited this particular nail bar yesterday Asked for nails to be removed builder gel ones just wanted my own nails manicured polished Seemed to go ok but the following morning one of my nails was peeling Went back to the salon older woman who originally did my nails was really rude said infoyou need to take better care of your nails info I take very good care of my nails I protect them at all times have a dishwasher at home so don infot wash up She repaired the nail although looks odd much shorter than the others A few hours later the gel has started to peel off again I will go to my usual salon to get this repaired WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN

Lovely nails awful attitude Came in yesterday the woman doing the nails sat texting on her phone whilst taking my hand to start then pushing it away to continue texting Eventually started then Kept looking at me and sighing twisting my fingers round whilst applying the acrylic Then when it came to brushing off the dust you infod think she was trying to take my skin off how hard and aggressive she was doing it Even the woman next to me said infoJesus good luck info as she was leaving The nails look lovely but NEVER again will I go here I get people have bad days but when you work in customer service you don infot take it out on your client who infos paying money for your service

Got a pedicure and when getting this done they took a chunk out of my skin when filing my feet which caused a lot of bleeding My toe is still in pain a few hours later and it doesnt look great either The gel nail polish was applied haphazardly and there are bits of dust in the dry polish The person doing the pedicure did apologise but no discount was offered as an apology I info infom really disappointed and won info infot be returning
