Smart Tire

Brought my WRX in to get the pads and rotors swapped out Shop was able to get off the wheel locks on my wheels that I lost the key for which greatly appreciated as well as replacing a couple studs that were previously rusted off While putting the rotors on they noticed one of my calipers wasnt engaging correctly and they were able to get that fixed as well With the changing of the caliper they also went ahead and painted a nice glossy red finish to match the rest of the car which looks fantastic now Driving the car around after bedding the brakes it feels much smoother and has more stopping now the shop did a good job fixing all the misc issues I had without concern really Mike was the one I corresponded with throughout the fix and he was very professional and clearly communicated everything they were doing involving the process and the pricing with full transparency Ill be coming back for any future work I need done

I been coming to smart tires since I came to Jacksonville and I never had a bad experience Customer service great and mechanics was always knowledgeable on my repair The mechanic sam have worked on both of my cars and has done a great job with both I went to Firestone for an inspection and they said I needed a caliper for my left tire cause it was not moving They gave me an estimate of just for the part I was at lost So I went to smart tire cause I know there work and Sam took my car out it in the rack and found the problem and fix it Im greatful and I recommend them to everyone who need a problem fix Talk to sam
