Not left a review before Went this time for infills and a pedicure and brilliant service as always Love my nails thank you so much Anna Tony and the rest of the team are so good at what they do I won info infot go anywhere else

I don infot understand the high rating of this salon When I arrived they told me to sit down and wait but I ended up waiting minutes before they started One technician began working on my nails then left me with the color samples for another minutes before her colleague took over and started everything again I felt like I had already wasted minutes The atmosphere is tense focused on speed and quantity rather than care Communication was difficult and when I asked for clarification they reacted with visible irritation I also noticed some glitter on a few of my nails clearly showing that the top coat brush hadn infot been cleaned properly after a previous service As I mentioned they seem to care more about working as fast as possible rather than being precise The quality of the service was poor minimal cuticle work caused the polish to flood the skin especially with light colors and the lines were uneven They didn infot ask if I was happy before curing the nails The final result was disappointing Because of the atmosphere lack of precision and long waiting time I won infot be coming back

Tony did my nails today and put the upmost care into them Definitely will be coming back again lovely atmosphere thank you
