I had my lashes done here with Ord lash I have to say I wasnt impressed with the service my appointment was booked for pm and I didnt get seen until due to another client before me who was late I was not informed about the wait time in advance and I had to wait over minutes which is ridiculous The lash artist was apologetic and explained the reason for the delay I was also told the deposit couldnt be refunded due to their policy but exceptions need to be made if the fault is of the business The lashes were also not done properly there was white residue stuck to my lashes after the removal and the lash artist applied the new lashes directly onto the white parts without fully removing them I had paid for a removal and it should be done properly before applying a set of new lashes There were also quite a few gaps in the lash application I noticed this later upon checking as several of my natural lashes hadnt been covered When youre paying for a service you would expect it to be done properly with care Very unprofessional

I cannot recommend this salon in Wealdstone enough I was in a real panic after being cancelled on last minute by a makeup artist just before a wedding party but the lovely lady Abbey at the salon came to my rescue Despite being extremely busy and me not having an appointment she welcomed me so warmly and still managed to make time for me She did both my hair and makeup so beautifully and professionally Ive been to this salon several times before for blow dries and threading and the staff are always so friendly but after this visit I felt I absolutely had to write a review Thank you again for your amazing service you truly saved the day

I recently had my hair highlighted and cut by Sara at the Hair and Beauty Gallery and I couldnt be happier with the results She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions to complement my style The highlights are absolutely flawlessperfectly blended vibrant and naturallooking The cut is fresh and flattering adding so much shape and movement to my hair I highly recommend her to anyone looking for topnotch hair services with a personal touch
