Really unprofessional and rude customer service Called over times over the course of a month to try and book a hair appointment for my toddler and no one answered Ultimately I ended up going into the shop and was told someone would get back to me because the lady cutting hair was busy with a client This was frustrating given Id gotten my toddler and newborn ready in the car simply to go in and book an appointment The lady ultimately called me back and was quite rude and unhelpful Ive never experienced a hair salon that doesnt answer the phone and doesnt have the hairdressers calendar on hand to book appointments Very strange and unprofessional
