Went for a full head highlights came out with brown roots contacted Mandy to get it rectified she offered me a second appointment I went to the second appointment and then walked out with ginger roots and ginger spots in my hair I didnt say anything at the time because I felt awkwarduncomfortable like most would I went back home and my parents were shocked at the color of my hair Mandy tried to say the explained to me that she couldnt get the result I wanted in the first session she also told me she recorded our conversation on cctv she never told me I couldnt achieve it in the first session all I wanted was blonde hair not yellow she has completely deflected on her actually doing my hair wrong she offered me a refund obviously knowing it had gone completely wrong and offered me a THIRD appointment to which I initially accepted so I could get my hair hopefully sorted as I am ashamed to be walking around with my hair like this I then text Mandy to explain I wont be going in to this appointment after speaking to a local hairdresser who advised it was silly to go back in and get more colours on it as ultimately it will damage my hair She then became rude once I said I wanted the rest of my money back In a single mum that had to save for weeks to even go into the appointment so then to leave utterly disappointed is disheartening to say the least I am now taking this even further and opening a formal complaint as no one should be allowed to walk the streets with this head of hair Looks completely box died

Reviews arent usually my thing but I would happily rate every experience at Salon as Mandy youve done an amazing job with my hair ever since my first appointment last winter Youve always respected my wishes along my hair journey and completely transformed my once damaged hair from weak brittle and dry to luscious locks and beautiful looking hair Walking into your salon is always lovely warm and always good for a chit chat Youre such an amazing person and I cant thank you enough for all the time and effort youve put in to my hair journey x
