I think the picture says it all My hair was extremely long down to the bottom of my back and really frizzy My hair wasnt straightened to get a good look at it and this was the result once i got home washed and straightened it I have tried to ring with no luck and refuse to walk into this shop ever again Dissapointed that a professional hair dresser could even leave a client like this I have had to go elsewhere to get this mess fixed avoid at all costs
