I had a very disappointing experience with Casey I booked a discounted model appointment for my brows but the final result wasnt what I expected or wanted Although she did have me approve a predraw before the procedure I felt that her response to my concerns afterward was dismissive and inflexible When I reached out about my concerns she refused to offer a refund and said she wouldnt be responding to any more messages She also mentioned that she has afterhours limitations due to parenting which I understand but I still felt like my concerns werent taken seriously To make matters worse she falsely accused me of wearing brow makeup shortly after the appointment which I hadnt done This felt like an attempt to shift blame instead of addressing my legitimate concerns Overall I did not feel heard or respected as a client I wouldnt recommend booking with Casey if you expect aftercare honesty and open communication
