I have been going to this hairdressing salon for years ever since Lily bought the business I have been her client Always friendly super efficient and always gives you the right advice on what products to use if you have any problems In December I caught a rare version of Covid overseas lost nearly all my hair Lily again advised me what to do and today after months I had my first little trim styling and a head massage It felt terrific Thank you Lily for all the help and my outcome today I will be back for my regular visits

Very happy client here The lovely Lily owns this hair salon Since changing hairdressers last year after a horrendous experience at a salon at the Plaza and with damaged hair as a consequence I decided to go local I intuitively knew Lily was my lady after speaking to her on the phone where she kindly answered all my questions All the other salons I called in my local area were pushy or nonhelpful when I just called to see if I could get my hair washed to get a feel of the places due to being so affected by my previous experience at another major salon chain Lily always makes time for her clients She tries her absolute best as a one woman show to be so accomodating attentive friendly and caring with her clients I have a regrowth colour regularly weekly due to fast growing hair and I also get to see Lily interact with her other clients and take calls and she always tries to be be accomodating to all of them especially during the busy holiday periods Lily also uses good hair products and colours that nourish your hair back to good health The prices are also extremely reasonable Especially considering the time Lily puts into every client Thank you Lily at Glasshouse Hair Centre Youre a genuine gem

Lily is a rare find Shes not just a talented stylist but also one of the warmest and kindest people youll meet She goes out of her way to accommodate her clients and makes every appointment a pleasure She has a way of making you feel completely at ease like catching up with an old friend while she works her magic Her attention to detail with short hair is incredibleshe knows exactly how to shape and foil it to bring out the best in your features She will gently guide you without ever making you feel pressured into doing something you dont want Its rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the person and the haircut Highly recommend
