I came in on Saturday for a makeup appointment at pm which I had booked a month in advance When I arrived I was told the artist was running behind and that I should come back over an hour later I couldnt do that as I had plans immediately after Make up artist claimed she had notified me but she hadntI even showed the messages to prove it
All I received was a simple sorry with no real acknowledgement of the inconvenience the time I took to travel there or the fact that I was on time for an appointment that couldnt be honored
Such a shame as I used to come here regularly Unfortunately this experience has completely put me off returning
