Was a walking looking for new hairdresser as new to the area Was taken straight away Very nice and helpful staff and very pleased with my hair will be back Thank you

I would not recommend this salon based purely on the lack of customer service I was booked in to have a cut and colour I have naturally curly hair and from the moment I sat down was made to feel like an inconvenience Had I known my natural curls would be problematic I would have straightened my hair prior to the appointment however I would expect a competent hairdresser to be able to work with my hair in its natural state I was in the salon for about minutes and in that short space of time felt belittled by a hairdresser who clearly had an issue with carrying out this additional task I showed photos of the type of colour I would like and this was met with her disapproval I do not know how good they are as hairdressers but I was not willing to spend my money in a salon that does not treat me kindly as a paying customer This experience left me feeling very upset

Was looking for Les Porters but I was low on time and came across Kanes so I knocked in Sound staff good haircut Ill be back again
