Heres a recent review for you if youre seeking to book an appointment at best cuts This was my first time getting my hair done professionally but my hair dresser was the rudest person Ive met Throughout the very short appointment she kept poking fun at me and laughed at me with her coworker when I was leaving Not to mention the woman insulting me had the most horrible hair Ive seen it was bleached to the bone and DEAD yet I never made a comment about it in front of her If you are reading this you need to learn not to comment on others hair when yours looks like it just came out of the dryer You would think a hair dresser would know how to care for their own hair and respect others hair as not everyones is the same but clearly you missed this lesson I was really hoping to be able to come back here and build a relationship with the hair dressers but theyre unprofessional and unclean Another hair dresser also allowed her client to leave the salon with the most ridiculous curls Ive ever seen Seriously do not go here Absolutely terrible experience

I have been coming to your Geelong salon for quite some time now and usually love the service and quality of hair cuts you provide Christina is one of a kind and does a marvellous job at my hair each time always getting it looking amazing Belle and Niesha do super work too I came in for a wash cut and blow wave I had Penny and I left feeling shattered She didnt part my hair where I usually part it before cutting which means one side of my face framing is super high compared to the other her wash was so quick I am almost certain it was shampoo and conditioner and it was the quickest wash I have ever had at a salon She didnt show me the back of my hair once it was finished so I had no idea what it looked like until my Mum come out of getting her hair done with Neisha when she said it was terrible I felt very self conscious and upset that it is so choppy the V style is there but it is not even and a nice cut at all I usually dont complain however I have had so many comments on how bad my hair looks now and its really disheartening Even having my hair up my right side of the face framing is too short and doesnt pull back into a pony so I always had some showing Penny has no customer service skills and is a terrible hair dresser Do not see her if you go there most other stylists from this company have been great Not Penny

What we wanted for my daughters haircut Vs what we got When I tried to correct the stylist she kept takinMORE off the top layer of hair despite me telling her not to Paid for her hair to be hacked at and now I have a very self conscious little girl Will never go back Staff need some serious training
