I had such a lovely visit today The nail technician listened carefully to what I wanted and even made helpful suggestions that turned out perfect The salon was clean peaceful and organized My nails look absolutely stunning and the polish was applied flawlessly The team here clearly cares about their clients I cant wait to go back soon

Went as a walkin appointment had an acrylic set done and it looked great however the overall experience was not so great Cuticle pliers were not sterilised they were sitting at the table While doing the cuticle the professional cut me a few times In the end I got an allergic reaction this place most likely uses monomer with MMA which is cheaper instead of the safe option EMA

So disappointed I requested an appointment and sent the reference I wanted was quoted which I agreed because I thought it would be a quality service I was very disappointed to have myself getting acrylics with tips I understand my responsability of not asking if they did nail construction or not my cuticles not properly cut and the Ombr which is a service this place offer regularly doing SO BAD Not only it was made with very low standard equipment bought randomly on Amazon according to the nail technician but very poorly executed I mentioned at least times that of the left hand nails were painted badly which I only got a Ill fix it with the other colour Putting more colour on top of an already botchy polish of course did not work they kept on patching the nails and now the look and texture of the ombr is terrible On top of this my fingers were left pink and asked to wash my hands a couple of times at home Of course it will come off after some washes but it should be part of the service to leave with your hands clean and not painted I also mentioned times that my right thumb nail shape was off center and it only got filed to make it worse I was compensated by paying instead of This is not a set I didnt want or need to argue so payed the price and left I understand that the standards in Galway are unfortunately very low but thats not an excuse to provide entrylevel service for Premium prices I dont usually write reviews or complain but I really needed to have decent nails for a very important work event and now Im stuck with these as I have no time to fix it If you dont have the proper tools or the expertise to do a job just kindly say you cant and offer something you do feel comfortable doing properly I thought I found a place where I could finally get decent nails and left utterly disappointed
