Best customer service I have ever experienced unfortunately they were unable to do the repair that my daughters VW convertible beetle needed but called to tell me the specific issue and recommended places We will definitely be using Nykaza for any maintenance needed on our Atlas Cross Sport as well as my daughters beetle I called ahead asked for a good drop off day first come first serve and I adhered to their policy and took her car there am Monday From the front desk to the service department it was overall an excellent experience I hope that everyone gives Nykaza a try this company is honest friendly and professional you cant ask for more than that Thank you again and you have obtained a customer for all our future VW needs
