my customer service was good but omg my nails are in pain it burns when i wash my hands as the woman filed my cuticles so much its the next day and still kills me for how much i paid its not worth the pain
she also filed my ring finger so much it kept bleeding and all she said was oops
nearly all my fingers are the same as the pic
the lady in the photo shes the one who did my manicure she cut my cutictle too deep that made it bleed then she didnt even apologize She gave me instructions to not move my nails and let it dry using the mini fan i hit one of the fan accidentally so it ruined few nails so i asked her polish it again then she gave me a look very unhappy and unpleasant face She was so rude and very unprofessional I can tell shes not happy doing my nails Will never ever come back again here Plus they charge too much for a poor quality look manicure See the photo thats the finished look Gross
