Took my year old in to get her nails painted for the first time the lady was so rude Ignoring her speaking in excitement almost rolled her eyes when I asked for her nails to be painted I paid for her fingers toes to be painted in normal nail polish which mind you are already coming off I got a pedicure the paint isnt smooth it was an average pedicure all over Extremely disappointed that I paid for the both of us anywhere I used to take my little Bruce to get her nails painted was Not Wont be going again Dont recommend UPDATE One day later shellac coming off

Who do I contact for a full refund I had been growing my nails for a month to do them nicely for a wedding I asked the lady for long and round nails She proceeded to say that square is better and I was an idiot who trusted she knew what she was doing She made me bleed she filed the nails unevenly and extremely short The most botched nail job Ive ever gotten Do not go here

Ive watched this salon go down hill since previous owner Tracey I think that was her name left Kept giving them the benefit of the doubt being lazy not seeking another salon and going back but was never happy Went last Wed for full set of gel nails They looked ok were a little thick but I accepted them and paid my The next day every single nail started to lift Went back that afternoon and they peeled them all off so easy My nails underneath didnt even look as though they had been coated with any type of gel They did offer to redo them but I said no and requested my money back They did give me my I have since found a fantastic salon and will use them from now of Sad because Cosmo was my local salon and I like supporting my local businesses
