I was taken aback when we were initially denied service before even fully entering the shop the older barber stating he wouldnt cut my year old sons hair I asked the younger barber if he would and he politely agreed The barber was fantastic so friendly and proactively accommodating to my sons shyness and apprehension We left with a great haircut and a very excited boy Unfortunately the older staff members lack the skills necessary to trim the hair of a year old but fortunately they can be guided by their younger contemporaries who have more uptodate industry education and customer service skills

I recently visited and I couldnt be happier with my experience From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant The staff was friendly and professional making me feel right at home took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions based on my hair type and face shape The attention to detail was impressive and I could tell they truly care about their craft The haircut turned out fantasticexactly what I was looking for The shop itself was clean and wellmaintained with a cool vibe that made the whole experience enjoyable I also appreciated the little extras like the hot towel treatment and the relaxing music Overall I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great haircut in a friendly environment Ill definitely be returning for my next trim
