I infove been coming to this Chloe salon for a few years now and I really want to compliment the whole team Every staff member is always very patient attentive and careful with their work In midOctober my daughter infos train was cancelled and she arrived quite late for her appointmentl was the last appointment at the salon my daughter asked for acrylic nails with nail art and a lady technician who helped my daughter was so patient and kind She did an amazing job my daughter absolutely loves her nails A huge thank you to her and to the whole team This salon has truly become our goto place Highly recommended

I have been a loyal customer of this salon for over five years attending regularly every three weeks for acrylics and gel pedicures Unfortunately my experience has steadily declined to the point where I feel compelled to leave this review Despite always booking appointments weeks in advance I have consistently been made to wait anywhere from minutes to as long as minutes This has become the norm rather than the exception and shows a clear lack of respect for customers info time The salon appears to be chronically overbooked yet appointments continue to be taken regardless What is particularly disappointing is the complete absence of customer care or loyalty After five years of regular custom there has been no acknowledgement relationshipbuilding or basic courtesy Most businesses understand the value of longterm customers sadly this one does not My final visit was the last straw On a rare occasion without an appointment I was asked to sit and wait I waited patiently for minutes only to then be told to come back later after several other people were seated ahead of me If there was no availability I should not have been seated and misled in the first place The interaction was once again unnecessarily rude The overall attitude from staff consistently comes across as indifferent and dismissive as though customer experience simply doesn infot matter because the salon is busy enough not to care I also always pay in cash which they clearly prefer yet this appears to count for nothing It infos a real shame I have spent thousands of pounds here over the years and would have happily continued if there had been even a basic level of respect and professionalism As a result I will no longer be returning and neither will my family members who have also been regular customers Sadly I can no longer recommend this salon

Chloe Nails is handsdown the best nail shop in town Not only is their work flawless but they also have free WiFi which is such a nice touch while you infore relaxing and getting pampered Special shoutout to Liu you are absolutely amazing Every time I come in you take such great care of me Today I even got my nails done for free since I infove been here twice before talk about making a customer feel appreciated If you want gorgeous nails friendly service and little perks that make your day Chloe Nails is the place to go
