The worst nail salon experience I have ever had The young guy was rude confrontational wrong I never mind waiting my turn But when I had already sat there for more than minutes after having my existing polish removed and other customers came in after me and were getting their nails done I thought what is going on I asked the young guy politely if it would be much longer He snapped at me and said you have to wait your turn we all have to wait our turn I tried to explain I had waited patiently for hour and these customers had come in after me He argued with me that they hadnt and I just had to wait The customer he was working on also politely told him I was there before them But he refused to acknowledge they had made a mistake I wouldnt have minded if he said Im so sorry we have made a mistake we will be right with you But he berated me made me feel like an awful complaining customer I was so upset I just sat cried I should have got up and walked out but they had already started I sat there frozen When they did finally finish my nails I told the guy his colleague was so rude and had really upset me The rude one piped up again and started arguing again telling me he wasnt rude I tried to research who the owner was to reach out privately But havent been able to find anyone So this is my review and feedback I will never go back to that salon again But this guy needs a reality check If they look at their cameras see who came in he will realise he was very wrong

Amazing service all the ladys were so lovely and welcoming I showed her a photo of a design Id like and she made it exactly how I wanted even better than what I had in mind Will most definitely be going back

Went in yesterday to get acrylics the lady that started my nails burnt me with the drill it got so hot it startedto really hurt caught the skin around my nails Today the gel polish completely peeled off in one part of the nail and wasnt even fully cured underneath Both times Ive been here the nail art has been subpar Edit the next day other nails had the same issue as the pinky and all snapped in half or off in less than a week
