I had a very unpleasant experience at Pink Nails Spa Dungannon a few weeks ago I visited the shop to have my nails done I showed the nail technician a reference image of the desired nail design However during the service multiple technicians worked on my nails which resulted in inconsistent results They finally made a decision on who was going to do my nails During my nail preparation I noticed that one of the technicians used her bare thumbnail to push down my cuticles causing discomfort and potential infection Despite expressing my concerns the technician continued this practice As the establishment was closing at pm the technician rushed through the remaining steps of the service leaving my fingers red swollen and at risk of infection I consulted with other nail professionals who confirmed that using a bare thumbnail to push down cuticles is an unhygienic and improper technique The next day I returned to the shop to request a refund However I was informed that I would not receive a refund until my nails were removed I expressed my discomfort with having them touch my nails again and informed them that I would seek services elsewhere The woman responded by stating that this would not be happening as someone else could damage my nails and they would be held responsible I kindly asked her to remove my nail extensions informing her that I would not be returning for future services While she was removing them she also used her thumbnail to push back my cuticles causing more pain and discomfort Despite my request to stop due to the soreness she continued to do so throughout the process I regret to say that I was very disappointed with the service I received and would hesitate to return to this particular establishment

Amazingly talented staff very friendly and knowledgeable I got my nails done yesterday for the first time here I showed the lady a photo for reference to the kind of style I like she matched this photo perfectly I was shocked at how fast my nails were done and to the highest standard too Best nail artist Ive ever been to Im extremely satisfied and will visit here for now on these guys are amazing Thank you so much x
