Horrible experience I prebooked an appointment for hair removal but the moment I entered the salon I felt disgusted by the conditions Because of this I left without receiving any treatment or service There is no staff who can speak English which makes communication impossible in Ireland Instead of trying to communicate properly the staff shout and behave aggressively When I later returned to request a refund after spending over one hour at the salon with no service provided one of the workers told me clearly that I would not get my money back unless I deleted my bad review She took cash out of the register showed me and notes in front of everyone and shouted at me threatening that if I did not delete the review the money would stay in her pocket This happened in front of other customers which was humiliating and intimidating She then left me standing in the middle of the salon ignored me attended other clients and when she came back she did not even look at me only shouting in Chinese to the other workers The whole situation was stressful aggressive and completely unacceptable On top of that the salon shows very poor hygiene standards rusted comb brushes full of hair from previous customers and I have photos and videos as evidence This place is unprofessional intimidating and dishonest I strongly advise people to stay away

Ive been going to this saloon for years now and most of my visits have been positives They are super dedicated with the hair My hair is tick so once one of the guys was lazy to really straighten but all the other the service have been amazing

Ive been here a couple of times now and the hair services are fine for the price you pay however my one word of advice is DO NOT BOOK NAILS HERE I was going on holiday and my usual nail girl was not available so I figured Id just book in here for nails it was the worst thing I have ever decided to do I showed a photograph which had designs on x nails and basic white french tip on x nails Firstly the girl who prepared my nails was so young looking and was shaking and sweating as if it was her first time to ever work on a human After this another woman came over and was unable to do one of the designs which wasnt a huge issue but meant I then had to change what I wanted My main issue was that these basic nails took HOURS and were shocking looking I would understand if I picked something extremely difficult however I did not I was kept in the shop passed closing hours for her to finish because she was taking so long I was holding back the tears as she was finishing because they were awful and I had been there a very long time When I raised the issue of not being happy with the result length of time there and if they were able to do anything about it like reduce the price I was interrogated by the staff members who were in the shop with them telling me they were waiting for my nails to be finished and there was nothing theyll do as if it was my fault the nails took so long They could see I was visibly upset and I had to hand over the money as I felt so helpless being ganged up on whilst being on my own I left the salon in floods of tears and ended up having to go elsewhere paying more money for them to be fixed and the nail technician actually took a picture of the nails they previously done saying she had never seen such poorly done nails NEVER AGAIN AVOID AT ALL COSTS
