Since posting this review the salon have reached out to apologise and acknowledge that I didnt get the service expected When I arrived for my appointment another customer arrived at the same time It turned out the salon double booked I was brought in first and my Biab removal and reapplication was completely rushed The technician started at and I was out the door at An appointment that should take mins completed in I asked about times were my nails dry and the technician confirmed they were When I got home I could see what a shoddy job this was Blotched polish uneven finishes and polish left on my fingers I now have to pay to get my nails redone in another salon Very disappointing for a previously loyal customer Never again

Linda did my BIAB and I cannot recommend her enough She was absolutely meticulous in shaping my nails and making sure that they turned out brilliantly I wasnt sure what colour or style I wanted and she was great at discussing my ideas and showed such enthusiasm to create my ideas giving multiple shade options for each step I will definitely be back

I went here with the inspiration photo first picture and the second picture shows what I actually got As soon as I arrived the staff member didnt speak a single word of English and without even asking my opinion she immediately started filing my nails Later I showed the reference photo I understand it may not match but this result is nowhere close and the finishing is very poor Other staff seemed nice but communication was extremely difficult which made it hard to explain what I wanted In the end I was charged for this If the work had been done well I wouldnt have minded paying that pricebut for nails like this its definitely not worth it Unfortunately I wont be going back again
