Fade O Clock

This is not normal Ive been a regular customer here but today was incredibly disappointing I stopped in for a simple haircut before an important client meeting the next day and the experience was far from professional The barber repeatedly pushed for a beard trim despite my clearly stating I only wanted a haircut After I declined his attitude changed and the service felt rushed and careless Not only am I unhappy with the cut but my neck is covered in painful razor burn and scratches from bothsides see photos It feels like they are staffing the shop with juniors who arent ready for the floor Im frustrated that I had to pay for a service that actually lowered my confidence before a big day

Always great going into the lads here Great welcome and atmosphere but more importantly great barbers Thanks Rafa for the fresh cut a pro Looking forward to the next one

Didnt get what I asked for and walked out with a completely wet head and hair in my ears Been in a few times with other lads and always had a good experience but Sergio completely ruined my hair a week before my wedding
