Communal tools wiped off with a bare hand No hand washing between clients Switching up of staff midway through leaving you without a word to sit and wait with bare toenails Too long nails impact massage and with limited English my pedicurist kept wanting me to confirm that it felt nice but it did not too cutty on the undersode of my feet Maybe leave the extra long nails if massaging is part of the service In this case it was very minimal anyway but still costs My first visit before Christmas resulted in my heel being quite badly sliced off by the razor shaver and I had to clean it bandage it and could not put pressure on it for nearly a week after I figured accidents happen but todays experience just confirmed that their standards are all about speed and pumping through the customers Beware of hygiene The onus is on us here in Tasmania as the industry is largely unregulated apparently I also have little itchy lumps on my ankles since my last visit

WOW is all I have to say Every time I go here I get absolutely blown away by the incredible service and friendliness from the team at Devonport Sky Nails First time getting my nails done by Hanna and just wow My nails feel so refreshed and pretty I really appreciate the effort time and creativity she went into for these aswell Shes such as asset to this team I have had both owners of the Devonport Sky Nails do my nails as well and they are just as amazing The time and energy they spend ensuring the perfect outcome astounds me they are so welcoming and friendly and I enjoy going every weeks to get my nails pampered by these wonderful people

Took my daughter to get her eyebrows waxed as she had asked to The staff were nice and welcoming and the lady started the waxing process However she waxed half my daughters eyebrow off and also got wax in my daughters hair We left the place and reported the incident at to the staff at the front desk We didnt have to pay but I dont recommend getting eyebrows waxed at this place
