I wish I had read these reviews before booking an appointment with their therapists Within just minutes I was charged over During that time three different therapists came into the room excused themselves and then left The first therapist quietly left while the second and third therapists asked if I wanted any extras After I declined I decided to get dressed and leave I was only there for about minutes and when I requested a refund they refused They even have a handwritten dodgy sign stating that their policy is no refunds

I had high expectations going into this massage center but unfortunately my experience was far from what I had hoped for It was totally money wasted and time too The boss was telling she is best therapist but I dont think so With this service I dont think so you can run this business for long time The staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in The massage room felt cold and uncomfortable and the therapist seemed distracted throughout the session Despite expressing areas of tension I didnt feel like the therapist focused on any of them The pressure was inconsistent and didnt help relieve any of my stress or pain Overall I felt rushed and disappointed Used to go there every three weeks I wont be coming back and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone Wana give star but dont have option

They are not real people who actually know how to massage instead bunch of unprofessional students providing you very unprofessional services Reported to Consumer affairs take action on them asap The cost of the massage is to way high with skills of staff No Hygiene No masseuse They will not change or clean the room after And Service work Proof is provided to the legal departments Visit this place on your own risk
