They did not cut my cuticles and now it looks like my nail has grown so much after one day of having the nails on And when I asked them why they didnt cut my cuticles they said you should have told us before and said it was not included in the experience But when I visited this place last time they did cut my cuticles but not this time I would not recommend this nail salon ever not coming here again

I have been a loyal customer at New Star Nail in Craigieburn for many years The nail quality is exceptional as compared to other salons where the SNS nails tend to get stuck in hair after weeks However at this salon we have not faced this issue The staff take their time during pedicures providing excellent foot massages and paying attention to detail They work quietly allowing us to relax and sometimes even nap during the pedicure My daughters enjoy getting their nails painted and the staff are friendly and kind towards them making them feel welcome Overall we are very pleased with the service and intend to continue coming back for many years to come
it was quite expensive for set of nails for my mother sister and I for no design for any of them SNS x and Acrylic x but i understand due to the inflation and paying for the workers We had a great service we didnt book no appointment and allowed us to walk in and do our nails Our nails turned out amazing and finished within an hour all of us Definitely recommend it has lasted me for nearly about a week
