Super nail care and spa

Extremely disappointed with Super Nail Care and Spa especially considering theyve been in business for years We came in for shellac and were talked into adding pedicures as well The pedicure felt rushed and careless and they didnt even clean around the cuticles My sister ended up bleeding under her toenails from how roughly they worked on her feet Also after cutting my sisters nails they were wonky not straight and all nails were different lengths The polish bled into our cuticles When we raised it with staff there was very little concern or apology which made the whole experience feel unprofessional and uncomfortable We left feeling so upset and unhappy For the price we were supposed to pay each totalling we expected far better care and hygiene standards We will not be returning and would not recommend this salon to others Do your nails at home they will probably be better We appreciate the time taken however expected much better

Accommodating and polite I rang to book a time and was asked to come straight away then had to wait Not the first time that has happened so think they preferwalk ins I had normal nail polish never seen the brand and it took very long time to dry Big screen TV good option

Last year for Spring Summer I decided to venture out do something different new which led me to this marvellous Agrade salon I was most impressed with the intricate details of my chosen design of flames French tips with flames After last year I let my nails rest several months grow out as recommended This resulted in me having strong long natural nails all year which I use a way buffer on during that time to keep them nice I moisturised them for the first few recovery months Each session of removal reset last year was immaculate Ive had acrylic nails also Listening to technicians recommendations aftercare is sensible Ive been able to have the nails I wanted all through the year longer stronger better than they ever have been THIS is the family salon you can count on Thank you so much
