I went to have my alternator replaced and received my car in worse condition They kept my engine cover I had to go back to get it The owner claimed he didnt know where it was since he didnt do the job Eventually he found it in a pile junk The heat stopped working Somehow the coolant resovior had completely emptied on its own while my car was being serviced Upon my return the owner filled it up the coolant and the heat started working just fine If the heat worked on my way there and the coolant leaked within the hours they had my car wouldnt they notice Or did something else happen My navigation systemradio no longer works It will not respond to pushing the buttons or tapping the screen Still not resolved My car now wobbles while driving A different mechanic discovered the outer tie rod on the passenger side to be in bad condition My car drove smoothly before AJs Auto Service put their hands on it I was shown the old tie rod and it did have excessive play yet the wobbling persists after having it replaced The mechanic across the street from AJs Advanced Level Auto found my valve cover gasket to be bad causing a leak The technician questioned why AJ did not notify me of the leak due to the residue of the oil being right where the alternator is and would have been difficult to miss while replacing the alternator My theory is because the technicians at AJs the same people who haphazardly threw my engine cover in a pile of junk are the people responsible for the damages When I contacted the technician from AJs about my heat blowing cold he asked for my personal address I declined the house call opting to return to the shop He then attempted to have me go to his home instead Unprofessional and just weird to be honest All of this from simply having my alternator replaced I thought was a decent price for the repair but I had no idea it would cost me the wellbeing of my vehicle

One day my rearwheelwell is splitting open Im just hoping itll last until I can find a replacement car Next day AJ welded rebuilt the whole area for very reasonable price I feel like I made a new friend Go to AJ he wants to solve your problems

My experience here was great They repaired the paint on my car so it looks as good as new They even washed the car for me before pickup which was such a nice extra touch I would recommend this business for your auto repair needs
