Ruth is a lovely person she being do my my hair a long time she always do my hair they way I explain it to her couldnt praise her enough

My mother has been coming to Ruth for years and shes always done such a lovely job on her hair colour Ive booked with Ruth very last minute when Im home from London and shes always been very accommodating She does the perfect curly blow dry on my Bob Herself and Leanne are both lovely ladies and very down to earth Always very welcoming Thank you ladies

Rang during the summer to book my mother in for a set the morning of my wedding in SeptemberI explained my mother has Alzheimers and she wanted to be under heaters for her set as thats what she is used tothe lady said yes no problem Ill look after herI went in to pay days before hand and reminded the lady my mam was having a set and to make sure to be under heaters and that my mam has alzeheimersshe assured me no problem I will look after her so I paid for my mams appointmentthat morning my mam came back minutes after her appointment and was very quietI asked what was wrong and how was she back so quick as I was told she would be at least an hour when I paid days before handshe said she just got a wash and blow dryi had to ring the hairdressers the morning of my wedding while I was in the middle of getting my makeup done and see what happened and why wasnt she given the service I had paid forthe lady was oh I just had her down as a blow dryI had to explain that I had explained twice before it was a set and I was told she would be under a heater for an hourshe said to send her back down but my mother was way too upset to go back so my own hairdresser had to fix my mothers hair with rollers to try reassure her that her hair would stay for the day and thanks to my hairdresser it didnever ever will go back here again
