QN Nails

I would give this stars if I could horrible horrible place my nails are left sore red and damaged after yesterday I was a walk in and asked if they would have time for a set of medium acrylics they told to me to wait so I was waiting an hour which I did not mind as I was chancing my arm even asking if they had a appointment but when it came to my turn they started the prep they cut the nail tile times and restuck them on leaving my nails bulky and sore when I pointed out of the tips were completely wonky I was told they wouldnt fix them and I asked if I may leave the service and leave she said yes and grabbed my fingers cutting the bulk of the nail off and leaving me with these not before embarrassing me in front of everyone about the fact I bite my nails the main women felt the need to embarrass a year old

Price is cheap although nothing is sterilised or cleaned AT ALL No tools cleaned what so ever very rough doing the nails too kept cutting the skin around the nails and cuticle area One of my cuts have become infected because of this Will never be going back here again

This is the most horrendous inhumane salon on Earth This disrespectful unprofessional owner shouted and screamed at me to get out when I simply told her the place is extremely DIRTY Instead of apologising and offering to clean the space she had the absolute audacity to disrespect a good respectful customer said GET OUT and she kept swearing at us about five times screaming and shouting at us I have never been harassed and disgusted like this in my entire life before this salon needs to be closed down and I am reporting her to the police She is absolutely despicable
