I recently attended a Yin Yoga Sound Bath event in aid of Tuam Cancer Care and it was nothing short of fabulous From the moment I arrived the atmosphere felt calm nurturing and beautifully intentional The yin yoga practice was deeply restorative gentle grounding The sound bath was a magical experience all on its own The soothing tones washed over the room creating a sense of deep peace and connection It felt like a reset for both body and mind What made the evening even more special was knowing it supported the incredible work of Tuam Cancer Care I already attend weekly Pilates classes at Tuam Cancer Care so Im no stranger to the warmth and care they bring to everything they do but this event felt especially special A heartfelt thank you to Charlotte Rory for creating such a meaningful and memorable experience Im already looking forward to the next one

I really enjoyed the hypnobirthing and antenatal programme with Charlotte and Nuala It was so informative and everything was explained at a nice pace There was a very supportive atmosphere as well My partner came he was a bit sceptical beforehand but said he felt much more prepared and invested in the idea of hypnobirthing afterwards

Primary Teachers Course July Mindfulness Calming Strategies in the Classroom I took part in Charlottes primary teachers CPD course and I had a wonderful week of learning breathwork and mindfulness I now have a wealth of knowledge on how to introduce mindful movementsyoga into my classroom and know the benefits that comes with it Thank you Charlotte for running such a fantastic course
